When will I get my first shirt?
T-shirts are sent out on the first of every month so depending on where you live, usually next day but anywhere from 2-8 days off shore.
Can I order just one?
Yeah ok you can order one, just email us and we will sort it out for you.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount as soon as you sign up.
Can I subscribe without a credit card?
Yep, you can pay via check, bank transfer and Paypal. And credit card. Did we mention credit card?
Do you ship to my country?
Well, where are you? We ship pretty much anywhere so unless you're in the Amazon we can send you a T-shirt. Maybe there too.Who does the shipping?New Zealand Post, and we have every t-shirt tracked so we are sure that it gets to the right address.
Where is your size chart?
When you're purchasing and you choose a size, there is a little option for you to check the measurments so you can be sure you get one that fits you.
What if it doesn't fit?
Oh no hate that when that happens. We hope you will have checked the size from the chart to ensure you got the correct measurements. T-shirts can't be returned sorry as they are originals, one of your friends might like a gift?
How do I return a shirt?
Hmmm well you cant, so re wrap it and give it to someone as a gift, be sure to email us and let us know that you ordered the wrong size so we can make sure you're looking fine by the time you get your next one.
Can I send a gift subscription?
Ooh your so thoughtful yes you can give it as a gift. You will be asked if this is a gift or for yourself. We will send you a fancy bit of paper to give to your buddie/friend/lover/mother/etc, letting them know of the subscription you purchased for them.
